SOLVE YOUR DISPUTES @ A LOW COST
The ADR Centre offers mediation services for members of the business community and residents of the Western Region at a very moderate cost. ADR services normally attract minimal charges which is below legal fees in the courts.
The ADR process commences with the filing of complaints by an aggrieved party. An invitation, termed summons will then be served on the respondent. After the summons, there will be a pre-mediation discussion when both complainant and respondent will choose a mediator among the team of our experienced mediators to facilitate the mediation process. The process is brought to an end when all the parties have agreed on a common position which is acceptable to them and an agreement detailing the common position is signed by both parties and the mediator.
