Mr. Kwaku Ennin a dedicated family man is the Chief Executive Officer of Zeal Environmental Technologies Limited (ZETL) Ghana. An astute and prudent businessman, with over 35 years combined rare professional and entrepreneurial skills and experience in managing a number of successful businesses. With dedication, diligence and a persevering attitude, he has grown a small scale corrosion engineering Service Company started in 1977 to an enviable ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified company – Zeal Environmental Technologies Limited (ZETL) Ghana, to be the premier indigenous Oil and Gas Waste Management Company in Ghana. ZETL provides invaluable services to Global Multinational Oil companies operating in Ghana and the West African Coast. Almost all the major players in the Oil and Gas industry engage the services of ZETL to manage in an environmentally sound manner through its; Port reception of waste and oilfield/Industrial waste management as well as vessels, rigs and onshore storage tank cleaning services. He is a Results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and growth strategy, with a great passion of helping the less privileged in the field of Education for career development and Medical outreach in deprived communities using the ENNIN Medical Foundation.

MATTHEW KWABENA ADEYANJU
Matthew is the Director of Coastal Network Consortium Limited. He is responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day administrative and operational functions which involves stakeholder management,
infrastructure, ICT, web services and environment. He joined STCCI in 2007 and currently the
Partnership & Membership Executive. Over the past twenty years, he has worked in a variety of
Professional capacities in the private sector. Matthew is an IT & Management consultant and has
B.Sc. Business Administration at the Lagos State University, MBA Action Learning Leadership
Programme, Business School Netherlands, Galilee Institute, Israel (Dip SMEs: Entrepreneurship &
Innovative Management), World Bank Global Partnership on Social Accountability E-learning course.
VP- MANUFACTURING AND ENGINEERING
Mr. Oppan is currently the Managing Director of Coastal Quarry Ltd located at Anto, in the Shama District.
He has been in the quarry business for over a decade, moving the business from hand cracking to fully mechanized operations.
He is an executive member of the national quarry operators’ association (COQOA) which includes all quarry operators and liaises with several government regulatory bodies.
He was instrumental in the setting up of a committee, of which he was
a member, by the Shama district assembly to look at the relationship between the quarry operators and surrounding communities.
He holds a BSc Hons in business administration with a major in Human Resources Management from Central University College, Accra.
He is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners, Ghana.
Mr. Oppan‘s career spans over a decade in the timber industry, food manufacturing with Nestle Ltd, with the Tourist Board, head office and the KIA under civil aviation.
He has traveled widely and is so concerned about business done in Ghana and its growth and success.
He has lived in Takoradi for a long time and is married with children.
EMMANUEL KODUA AGYEN-FREMPONG

A product of KNUST, with over 22 years of experience in manufacturing, 13 of which has also been in the Export and import of wood product, and general goods.
- Currently the CEO of Komagen Co. Ltd, a wood products manufacturing, export and import Co.,
- The CEO of Manta Biomass Company Ltd a wood chips exporting Company in Takoradi,
- The Acting CEO, BMK particleboard Ltd, and
- The General Manager of Pemaf construction and logistics Ltd.
Holds a dual master’s degree in Business Administration.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Vincent Annan is the CEO of the Sekondi-Takoradi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (STCCI), Ghana. He had earlier worked with the Community Governance portfolio of the Telford & Wrekin Council and Mark Education all in England between 2002 and 2004. Back in Ghana in 2005, He Joined the Obiri Lotteries as the HR manager before joining the Western Regional Branch of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) as the Executive Secretary.
During his time with GCCI, he facilitated the establishment some new Chambers to make business development service available to businesses in such areas as Tarkwa, Elubo and Cape Coast.
Currently, he is leading STCCI in the implementation of some key projects including an Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS&E) online Learning project, an annual international conference dubbed “Ghana Extractive Industry Safety Conference (GEISCon) and OHS&E systems implementation support to SMEs in the Western Region of Ghana, the hub of Ghana’s extractive industry. These are interventions for removing OHS&E standards & Compliance as entry barriers to SMEs to the Extractive Industry’s supply chain.
He has is also leading the implementation of such services as a cooperative credit union, an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) focusing on the resolution of business disputes and other local Enterprise development projects and services, all to the benefit of members of the Chamber especially those within the SME bracket.
Mr. Annan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology & Management from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), specialising in Corporate Strategy from the University of Wolverhampton, England. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Project Management from Learndirect, UK.
